2. What this site is

This is a marketing website describing our services. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, a commitment, or professional advice of any kind. Any engagement between us is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement; where these terms and such an agreement conflict, the agreement prevails.

All content on this site - text, design, graphics, video, software, the DemoStage name and logo - belongs to us or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property law. You may view, download and print pages for your own internal evaluation. You may not copy, republish, sell, adapt or otherwise exploit any of it commercially, or remove any proprietary notice, without our prior written consent.

Names and marks of third parties that appear on the site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Please do not use the site in a way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation or security, that attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or of the systems behind it, or that harvests data from it by automated means.
