About DemoStage

DemoStage builds demonstration simulators: a live, interactive stand-in for a complex system, built on your data, your look and your workflows, that a person drives in the room. We are Demo Stage Ltd., an Israeli company based in Herzliya.

The short version. Founded by former air traffic controllers and full-stack software engineers. We build one simulator per customer, around the system they actually run, for defense tech, aerospace, and aviation and air traffic. Engagements start with a 20-minute call and a working scenario usually exists within days.

Who we are

The founders spent years managing real-time sky pictures under operational pressure, and years building production software. That combination is the whole premise of the company: the people scoping your simulator have sat in the seat the simulator is depicting, and can also ship the thing.

It means there is no ramp-up period on the vocabulary. C2 systems, radar and sensor telemetry, tracks and tasking, sector handover, rules of engagement, degraded modes - these are not terms we have to be taught before the first meeting is useful.

What a demonstration simulator is

It looks like your product or your operating picture, runs on the data you already hold rather than invented numbers, and reacts in real time to whoever is driving it. Someone in the room takes the controls, and every input moves the outcome while they watch. It is not a video, not a click-through prototype, and not a slide deck with animations.

People use it for three different jobs. Winning the room: a buyer, a tender committee or an investor drives a live scenario instead of watching a deck. Proving the concept first: your own team tests system logic and workflows before committing engineering cycles to building them. Modelling the operation: complex decision paths and bottlenecks simulated on real data, with AI applied where it earns its place.

Who we build for

Defense technology, aerospace, and aviation and air traffic - organizations whose systems are hard to explain and expensive to misrepresent. The same engine serves adjacent mission-critical work: counter-UAS command and control, sensor fusion concepts of operation, airport and ground operations, and road and traffic decision layers.

We are a poor fit for general web or app development, for a static marketing site, or for off-the-shelf demo-automation tooling. Every build is made around one customer's system, never assembled from a template.

How an engagement runs

A 20-minute scoping call establishes what the simulator has to prove and to whom. We build the first working scenario in days rather than months, while the meeting, the tender or the decision is still open. The simulator is then licensed and supported for a year, and further scenarios are added to the same engine rather than rebuilt from scratch.

Delivery is normally a hosted environment on your own subdomain. Where the material cannot leave your estate, the same build runs containerised on your infrastructure or as a fully offline package for an air-gapped laptop.
